  • In our Application Form (Step 1), there is a section where you can note that you would like to be considered for financial aid.

    • If accepted, we will provide a link to a Google Form (via email) where you can apply specifically for scholarships or financial aid.

    You may also request an Application Fee waiver on the basis of financial need.

COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN? STAY IN THE HEART OF THE CITY, OMNI AUSTIN.

While downtown Austin has plenty of options to choose from, we recommend staying at the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown — the home of Global Jazz Workshop 2025. Below, find a lodging option that is right for you, as well as our on-site meal plan.

  • Shared Room: $885/week (six nights)

    • Shared Deluxe guest room

    • Double Queen beds

    • Dates of Stay: July 28 - August 3, 2025

    • Friends attending the Workshop may request to room together.

    • Any rooming requests must be submitted by both parties (or legal guardian if under 18) via the form submission at the bottom of this page.

    • Rooming requests must be submitted no later than May 15 for consideration.

  • Individual Room: $1,765/week (six nights)

  • Meal Plan: $500/week (five days plus Monday dinner)

    • Dietary and allergy restrictions can be accommodated including, but not limited to: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.
